How to book a 12 month Open Voucher
Fill in the Form below and click send.
The Paypal page will appear once the Form has been send off.
Select the appropriate session from the drop down menu and pay for it using your Visa or Debit Card.
If you wish to pay for the Session by cheque then please ask for more information.
Once the payment has been received a letter and email will be sent to you with information on how to book a session.
A blank Gift Voucher will also be sent to you, for you to fill in and give as a present.
When you book a session a
Parental Consent Form
, and Directions to the Site, will be included in the confirmation letter and email.
Please sign and bring the
Parental Consent Form
with you on the First Session.
